About the Role

Fisheye - Executive Search is seeking a Mechanical Sales Engineer to join an industrial-sector team. This full-time position is based in Dammam or Al Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, focusing on business development and client management within the industrial market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the existing client base.
• Manage sales visits with both existing and potential clients.
• Identify upcoming projects and secure product approvals.
• Prepare comprehensive tenders, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and finalize deals.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Deliver technical presentations to clients.
• Support the development and introduction of new products.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial sales or business development.

Essential Skills and Capabilities

• Strong experience in client relationship management, sales, and business development.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations, as well as negotiating contracts.
• Strong technical presentation, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Preferred Background and Industry Knowledge

• Experience with process equipment, including high-pressure systems, heat exchangers, and waste heat boilers, is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of piping, valves, and expansion joints is considered an advantage.
• Experience in the petrochemical, fertilizer, or related industries is preferred.
• Highly preferred experience dealing with major industrial clients such as SABIC, Ma’aden, S-Chem, or Aramco.
• Experience working with international or local contractors is a plus.
