About the Sales Engineer Role

Gulf Stars For Automatic Doors is seeking a Sales Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, meeting with clients, and presenting tailored technical solutions for industrial doors and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive proposals for clients.
Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and project specifications.
Coordinate with the technical team to design appropriate solutions.
Follow up on sales leads to facilitate the closure of sales.
Provide technical support both before and after sales.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
Ensure proper documentation of all client requirements and technical specifications.
Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure project success.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM tools.
Contribute to sales forecasts and provide valuable market feedback.
