About the Role

TELUS Digital is seeking a Media Search Analyst to join its team in Dammam, Eastern region. This part-time position offers a flexible work schedule, allowing individuals to complete tasks using an innovative web-based evaluation tool. The role involves contributing to the assessment of digital media content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of diverse task categories, including music, video, books, podcasts, and home pod evaluations across various media domains.
• Analyze and evaluate search outcomes specifically for App Store content.
• Perform research using online tools to assess and validate query accuracy and intent.
• Apply market expertise in conjunction with provided directives to evaluate the relevance and purpose of task-related information for the specific market.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• No previous professional experience is required; however, successful candidates must pass a standard assessment process.
• Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Residency in Saudi Arabia consecutively for the last year, with familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in Saudi Arabia.
• An email address associated with an Apple ID, along with experience and knowledge of Apple products.
• Up-to-date familiarity with prevailing trends in applications, music, and video, coupled with a keen interest in internet research.
• Flexibility to work across a diverse set of task types, including news, audio tasks, and relevance evaluations.
• While a High School degree or higher certification is preferred, candidates demonstrating exceptional skills and talent are encouraged to apply.

Technical and Work Environment Requirements

• Daily access to a secure broadband internet connection, a personal computer, and relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to innovative methodologies and processes.
• Demonstrated great attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.

Project Details

This is a part-time, long-term project. Work performed will be subject to standard quality assurance checks throughout the term of the agreement. The role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience.
