Join the Gulf Catering Company as a Nutrition Specialist! We are looking for a qualified individual to develop dietary programs for patients and healthy individuals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Study the nutritional values and caloric content of different food types and assess individual needs.
  • Study various dietary programs and choose or prepare suitable programs for healthy individuals based on their nutritional needs.
  • Prepare nutrition programs for patients in hospitals based on the recommendations of the treating physician.
  • Develop work methods and keep up with advancements in the field of nutrition.
  • Prepare nutrition-related documents and reports and maintain them according to approved policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in General Biology, Public Health, or Clinical Nutrition.
  • At least two years of experience in the same field.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English. Mastery of the Spanish language is an additional advantage.
Required Skills:
  • Nutrition consultations.
  • Report preparation and monitoring.
  • Evaluation of food product quality.
  • Meal composition.
