Eram Talent is seeking experienced Oil & Gas Operations Engineering & Geosciences Professionals to join its leading client in the Eastern region, specifically Dammam. This is a contract opportunity for individuals with 5-10 years of experience, focusing on various professional roles across drilling operations, rig management, engineering, maintenance, well control, journey management, and geosciences.

Role Overview

The client is looking for qualified professionals to support its onshore and offshore operations, rig-site activities, office-based technical functions, and field assignments. Successful candidates will contribute to safe and efficient operations, technical excellence, equipment reliability, project execution, and the achievement of operational objectives across various experience levels, from operational and technical roles to senior, specialist, and leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities and Roles

• Drilling & Rig Operations: Roles include Senior Driller, Assistant Driller, Drilling Engineer, Lead Drilling Engineer, Rig Mechanic, Rig Electrician, Derrick Man, Barge Engineer, Crane Operator, Liaisonman (I, II, III), Petroleum Engineer, Rig Superintendent, HSE Coordinator, Drilling & Workover Well Control Expert, Rig Technical Coordinator (RTC), Rigger, Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (PD&EA), Tool Pusher, Assistant Engineer, Maintenance Planner, Material Expeditor, Emergency Control Center (ECC) Operator, Journey Management Center (JMC) Coordinator, Journey Management Center (JMC) Operator, Forklift Operator, and Deep Desert Navigator.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in relevant Oil & Gas operations, engineering, or geosciences fields.
• Demonstrated expertise in specific roles within Drilling & Rig Operations, Geology, Geophysics & Exploration Systems, or Supply Chain & Project Engineering.
• Ability to support onshore and offshore operations, rig-site activities, and office-based technical functions.
• Commitment to safe and efficient operations, technical excellence, and equipment reliability.

Work Type and Location

This is a contract position based in Dammam, Eastern region. The roles involve supporting a leading Oil & Gas client with operations across various sites, including onshore, offshore, rig-site, and office environments.
