We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve complaints efficiently, and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions. Key responsibilities include processing orders and returns, providing product information, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary, and consistently delivering professional service that exceeds customer expectations.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist customers with their issues regarding orders, product information, and service-related queries.
• Listen to customers' concerns and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
• Contribute feedback and ideas to improve the customer service process.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes effectively.

• Accounting & Reporting: Record daily financial transactions, including AP/AR entries, bank movements, and journal entries. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Support the preparation of financial statements, account reconciliations, and internal reports. Maintain organized and accurate accounting documentation.
• SAP Business One Tasks: Enter and validate financial data in SAP B1 modules (Finance, Purchasing, Sales). Assist with system queries, reporting tools, and basic troubleshooting. Ensure correct mapping and posting of transactions within SAP B1. Contribute to improving SAP B1 workflows and data accuracy.
• Operational Support: Assist with vendor and customer account management. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports. Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or internship experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP Business One is essential.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of tax regulations (depending on country).
• Familiarity with additional ERP modules or BI tools.
