Process Engineer

About the Role

Vanderlande Industries * is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team in Dammam. This full-time role involves monitoring and analyzing the performance of the baggage handling system (BHS), operational processes, and maintenance activities at Dammam Airport. The Process Engineer will utilize operational data to identify issues and their root causes, prepare comprehensive reports, and support practical improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and monitor key operational performance indicators.
• Prepare clear performance reports and dashboards.
• Analyze system data to identify bottlenecks, recurring issues, and root causes.
• Recommend and implement improvements to systems, processes, and maintenance activities.
• Share findings and improvement actions with internal teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Develop practical solutions to improve productivity, reliability, and service quality.
• Prepare process documents, procedures, and operating instructions.
• Allocate improvement opportunities, track improvement actions, and measure their results.
• Support the operations manager with valuable insights about system and stakeholder performance.
• Support and coach system operators and stakeholders on system SOPs and best practices.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience to effectively manage the responsibilities of this role.
