Role Overview: Procurement Specialist Tamheer

TechnipFMC is seeking a Procurement Specialist Tamheer for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience and involves executing procurement strategies for assigned goods and services to ensure timely delivery of quality, cost-effective products.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfilling inquiry and purchasing activities within established timelines and budget.
• Ensuring all necessary information for issuing inquiries is available.
• Verifying that purchasing conditions are applicable to the project and reporting any discrepancies to the Project Procurement Manager.
• Expediting bids as required.
• Conducting all negotiations with vendors.
• Preparing purchase order documents in a timely manner and ensuring their quality.
• Contributing to the recovery of amounts with important clients related to back-charges already notified to vendors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
