About the Role

Jobstronaut is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee the efficient and timely production of electrical and control panels at its Dammam facility. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The Production Supervisor will manage and coordinate the production team to meet operational targets while adhering to company policies and procedures. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to a manufacturing environment in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production workers, monitoring performance and providing guidance.
• Schedule work assignments and ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet production demands.
• Oversee the entire production process to ensure production targets are consistently met.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workloads to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure all production activities comply with company policies and established procedures.
• Prepare equipment and device tags as part of the production workflow.
• Prepare wiring ferrules for panel assembly.
• Maintain production machines and keep relevant records of all maintenance activities.
• Uphold high standards of product quality throughout the production cycle.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team for inspections, quality checks, and punch list item resolution.
• Address quality issues and implement corrective actions in coordination with the QC team.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety policies among the production team.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance production efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective production strategies.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports on team and operational performance.
• Manage inventory levels of production materials and coordinate with procurement for timely supply availability.
• Ensure all equipment and machinery are maintained in good working condition.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for production equipment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• More than five (5) years of experience in a production environment.
• Proven track record in effectively supervising production teams.
• Demonstrated experience in managing production schedules and meeting production targets.
• Experience in coordinating maintenance and repair activities for production machinery.
