We are seeking a Project Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region, on a full-time basis.

Role Overview

The Project Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting and expanding project business, including engagement with EPCs, by preparing quotations, providing technical support, and coordinating contract negotiations. This role involves close collaboration with the Sales team and ensuring timely and quality offer submissions in line with customer requirements and internal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare project quotations and provide technical support for project business orders.
• Support project business, including EPCs, in cooperation with the Sales team, ensuring offers are submitted on time and meet customer quality expectations.
• Follow up on the technical and commercial development of project offers based on customer-specific requirements, involving relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform pricing and cost calculations in accordance with WIKA's project business guidelines.
• Expand customer relationships within the EPC project business scope through cross-selling, up-selling, and innovation, in close coordination with the Sales team, including joint customer visits when necessary.
• Continuously expand the customer base and improve cooperation with product and segment management.
• Coordinate contract negotiations for customer projects in the EPC sector.
• Act as the technical contact person for customers in assigned projects to ensure corporate goal achievement.
• Provide technical clarification for internal and external questions by reviewing technical drawings.
• Offer technical support during customer acceptance tests (FAT).

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in project acquisition or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare project quotations and provide technical support.
• Experience in supporting project business, including engagement with EPCs.
• Proficiency in pricing and cost calculation for project-based work.
• Strong coordination and negotiation skills for customer projects.

Location and Work Type

This full-time position is based in Dammam, within the Eastern region. The role requires active collaboration with sales teams and engagement with customers and internal departments.
