About the Role

Napco National is seeking a QC Assistant Inspector to join our team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on ensuring product quality and adherence to established standards within our operations.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The QC Assistant Inspector plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest level of product quality and operational integrity. This involves applying a solid understanding of business objectives and internal policies to monitor and control quality processes, ultimately contributing to customer satisfaction and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures, demonstrating a strong understanding of the NFP business environment and objectives.
  • Communicate information effectively, both verbally and in writing, in a clear and comprehensive business context.
  • Organize and plan work activities efficiently to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Utilize standard equipment, office automation systems, and relevant software proficiently.
  • Apply knowledge of technical maintenance types at NAPCO, including condition monitoring and basic preventive maintenance techniques.
  • Identify and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Quality Control processes to ensure high product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and NAPCO's internal standards and procedures.
  • Conduct testing, inspection, or benchmarking of machine and process parameters in QC labs using various equipment, comparing against performance and standard limits.
  • Identify and address deviations from required specifications and standards, utilizing data to drive engineering and manufacturing process improvements.
  • Perform or assist in Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for quality incidents or non-conforming products, proposing preventive and corrective actions.
  • Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products against performance and standard limits to identify deviations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of relevant experience in a quality control or inspection role.
  • Ability to understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures related to quality and safety.
  • Proficiency in using simple to complex lab equipment for testing and inspection.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective business context interaction.
  • Effective organizational and planning abilities to manage tasks and meet objectives.
  • Proficiency in using standard office automation systems and software.
  • Analytical skills for identifying deviations, conducting root cause analyses, and driving improvements.
