Position Overview

Penta Consulting is seeking an experienced QA/QC Inspector to join our team in Riyadh. This is a contract position focused on supporting the successful delivery of Data Center projects by ensuring all works adhere to required quality standards, specifications, and client expectations. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Project Focus

The primary purpose of this role is to maintain high-quality standards throughout Data Center construction and installation activities. This involves meticulous inspection of installations, proactive identification of defects and non-conformances, active support during commissioning phases, and ensuring a seamless project handover process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections across Data Center construction and installation activities.
• Verify that all work is completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Review and support the implementation of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, and associated documentation.
• Identify defects, quality issues, and non-conformances, and ensure that corrective actions are promptly completed.
• Inspect electrical, mechanical, and building services installations.
• Witness testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities to confirm compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive inspection records, quality reports, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and punch lists.
• Support project handover by ensuring all quality documentation is complete and accurate.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors, and Customers to uphold quality standards.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience in Data Center, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), or other mission-critical environments. A strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical infrastructure is essential for this role.
