About Saudi German Health and the Role

Saudi German Health is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Section Head to join its team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading and overseeing daily Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations within an assigned section, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Purpose of the Role

The Revenue Cycle Section Head is responsible for guiding the RCM team, optimizing workflow, and achieving departmental KPIs. This role ensures accurate and timely claim submissions, resolves operational issues with payers, and collaborates across departments to enhance the overall revenue cycle process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations within the assigned section.
  • Supervise and guide the RCM team to ensure efficient workflow, productivity, and achievement of departmental KPIs.
  • Oversee key RCM activities including insurance approvals, claims processing, billing, denials, resubmissions, and collections.
  • Monitor claim performance and identify trends related to rejections, denials, underpayments, and delayed payments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims in accordance with payer requirements and applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies/payers to resolve operational issues, claim discrepancies, and payment delays.
  • Work closely with clinical, finance, billing, and other operational teams to improve the overall revenue cycle process.
  • Monitor RCM KPIs and prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.
  • Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions to improve claim acceptance rates, collection efficiency, and turnaround times.
  • Ensure compliance with NPHIES, CCHI/CHI regulations, payer policies, and internal RCM procedures.
  • Support the RCM management team in implementing process improvements and departmental initiatives.
  • Coach, develop, and support team members while ensuring adherence to established policies and performance standards.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Physician background.
  • Previous experience in Revenue Cycle Management, medical insurance, claims, or healthcare operations.
  • Prior experience in a team lead, supervisor, or mid-level operational role.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi healthcare insurance and RCM environment.
  • Familiarity with NPHIES and CCHI/CHI regulations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Preferably an Arabic speaker.

Location and Employment Type

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must either be currently based in or willing to relocate to Dammam or the Eastern Region.
