About the Role

Quest Search and Selection is partnering with a leading international wellness, fitness, and technology business to recruit a Sales Account Manager. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on both new business development and managing existing client relationships within the Saudi market.

The organization is globally recognized for delivering premium products, solutions, and services across fitness, hospitality, residential, and corporate sectors, operating in over 150 countries. The successful candidate will be commercially driven, consultative in approach, and confident in managing solution-based sales within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage new business opportunities across the Saudi market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and market penetration.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution-based consultations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing.
  • Maintain CRM systems and sales activity reporting.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and ongoing account development.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience managing solution-based or consultative sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and develop new business.
  • Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce experience is advantageous.
  • Commercially driven with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a compensation package ranging from SAR 15,000 to 18,000 per month. This is supplemented by commission, bonus, a company phone, and a laptop.
