Job Description
Sales Account Manager, Riyadh
Twaasol is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for an individual with 5-10 years of experience in sales. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships and guiding organizations in their technology decisions as Twaasol expands its presence across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
Role Purpose
The Sales Account Manager drives business growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating strong customer relationships, and managing the entire sales cycle. This position serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, representing Twaasol as a trusted technology partner and delivering solutions tailored to meet specific business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts to foster long-term partnerships.
- Own the full sales cycle, including lead generation, customer meetings, solution scoping, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.
- Understand customer requirements and align them with Twaasol’s technology solutions, such as Cisco Collaboration, Networking, Security, and Managed Services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, implementation, procurement, and finance teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, and forecasts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a sales account management role.
- Strong alignment with Twaasol’s core values: Honesty, Accountability, Initiative, Excellence, and Respect.
- Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Cisco solutions or working for a System Integrator (SI).
- Familiarity with enterprise IT infrastructure and technology solutions.
