Sales Manager Eastern Region

About the Role

Alqaryah is seeking a Sales Manager for the Eastern Region to drive sales growth and expand market presence. This full-time position is based in Dammam and focuses on strengthening customer partnerships and achieving sales targets within the food industry, including Food Services.

Role Purpose

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and achieve business objectives. This role involves managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading field sales teams within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective pricing, promotions, and product availability.
• Lead, support, and develop field sales teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales management within the food industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.

Work Environment and Travel

This role is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and requires a willingness to travel within the assigned territory to manage sales activities and customer relationships effectively.
