About the Role
Silqfi is seeking an experienced Sales Manager Seller Solutions to lead the growth of a portfolio of digital solutions designed for sellers and merchants. This full-time role, based in Dammam, Eastern region, requires 5-10 years of relevant experience working with retailers, merchants, and business owners.
Role Purpose and Impact
This commercially driven leadership position focuses on building a robust sales pipeline, cultivating merchant relationships, and leading a high-performing team across various sectors. The role involves shaping the commercial growth of seller-focused payment and commerce solutions and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance how merchants sell, collect payments, and run their businesses. Success will be evaluated based on sales and revenue targets, active merchant growth, activation and utilization rates, pipeline quality and conversion, team productivity, retention, cross-selling, and accuracy in forecasting and CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for merchant-focused payment and commerce solutions.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve acquisition, revenue, and activation targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of merchants across retail, services, food and beverage, e-commerce, and other relevant sectors.
- Identify merchant needs and recommend solutions that improve sales, payment collection, and business operations.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, onboarding, and activation.
- Build strong relationships with key merchants, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Partner with product, operations, onboarding, and customer success teams to deliver a smooth merchant experience.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, merchant activation, and portfolio growth.
- Use market insights and merchant feedback to support product development and commercial planning.
- Develop sales processes, reporting standards, incentive plans, and performance management frameworks.
- Negotiate commercial terms and strategic partnerships within the approved authority matrix.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM records across the sales team.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience working with retailers, merchants, and business owners, with a solid understanding of the tools they use to sell, collect payments, and manage day-to-day operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and achieve ambitious commercial targets.
- Strong track record in building sales pipelines and improving conversion and activation rates.
Work Environment and Location
This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern region. The role operates within a fast-paced, target-driven environment, requiring a proactive and results-oriented approach.
