About the Role of Sales Representative

Ejar CAT Rentals is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is crucial for driving sales within a defined geographical area, engaging with both existing and prospective clients to maximize product sales in line with established trading guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales.

Key Objective

The primary objective of this role is to achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing a designated territory. This involves proactive engagement with customers, presenting the company's offerings, and ensuring a cost-effective sales approach while maintaining high standards of product knowledge and client service.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide accurate sales forecasts for the assigned key customer list and territory.
• Achieve target sales volume and turnover as set by management.
• Ensure cost-effective sales coverage across the designated territory.
• Manage the presentation and follow-up of quotations and tenders.
• Conduct professional client presentations that effectively promote the price-value advantage of our products.
• Submit precise sales forecasts for the territory on a regular basis.
• Responsible for comprehensive CRM reporting, including updates on opportunities, rentals, used equipment, and project statuses.
• Report on all relevant market activities and competitive intelligence.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge across the company's offerings.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving sales growth.
