About the Role
The Real Estate Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the sales team responsible for marketing and selling the company's real estate products, ensuring that sales targets are met according to approved plans. The role includes daily supervision of the team, performance development, management of sales channels, improving the quality of potential clients, preparing analytical reports, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities and Key Tasks
  • Direct supervision of the sales team.
  • Managing sales discipline and following up on the implementation of sales activities.
  • Preparing and implementing sales plans.
  • Monitoring the achievement of sales goals.
  • Training the team on the product, pricing policies, and sales techniques.
  • Preparing periodic reports for senior management.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and professional ethics.

Qualifications and Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree at a minimum in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate.
  • At least 7 years of experience in the real estate field.
  • Proven experience in managing sales and real estate marketing teams.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and reporting tools.

Essential Skills and Competencies
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organization, and working under pressure to meet goals.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.

- Strong analytical skills and leadership abilities are essential. Competence in English and Arabic is preferred.
