About the Role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a SEC Facility Monitoring Engineer to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This is a full-time position, exclusively for Saudi Nationals, requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role operates on a 24/7 basis, focusing on the real-time monitoring of all SEC corporate facilities to ensure a safe, secure, and operational environment.

Role Overview

The SEC Facility Monitoring Engineer acts as the central command point for monitoring physical security, access control, and building management systems. This position is critical for the immediate detection, assessment, and response to all security and safety incidents across SEC's headquarters and regional offices, ensuring continuous operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor facility operations using advanced monitoring tools to ensure high availability and performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Implement and manage facility monitoring systems, including alarms and alerts, to ensure prompt response to incidents.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to address any facility-related issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Generate and analyze reports on facility performance, uptime, and incident response.
• Maintain documentation of monitoring processes, incidents, and resolutions for compliance and operational improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with technologies and best practices related to facility monitoring and management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in facility monitoring or a related field.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
