Senior Business Financial Analyst

About the Role

National Initiative Human Resource Company is seeking a Senior Business Financial Analyst on behalf of a Tier one client, a market leader in the PEB & Steel Structures business. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern region, and requires 2-5 years of experience. The role involves supporting the General Manager - Operations through financial analysis, market research, business opportunity evaluation, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze financial and operational data from internal departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the General Manager.
• Research markets, competitors, industry trends, and potential business opportunities.
• Conduct preliminary feasibility assessments and prepare business cases.
• Analyze costs, expected returns, profitability, risks, and financial indicators.
• Compare investment opportunities based on their commercial and financial value.
• Develop concise executive presentations, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Track approved decisions and coordinate implementation with relevant departments.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business analysis, commercial analysis, or corporate planning.
• Strong financial modeling, market research, and data-analysis capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is an advantage.
• Excellent report writing, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to convert complex information into clear recommendations for senior management.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
