Senior Electrician

About the Role

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a Senior Electrician to join their team in Dammam. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of various electrical systems, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, operate, maintain, and repair Low Voltage Systems, including lighting fixtures, switching, power and communication/network cabling, security systems, and fire alarm systems.
• Install, operate, maintain, and repair High Voltage Systems, including generators, motors, transformers, HT cabling, switching systems (*, switch gears, circuit breakers, isolation switches), and associated accessories like contactors, relays, and UPS systems.
• Perform daily operation, maintenance, and inspection of electrical systems, ensuring checklist documentation is completed as per schedule.
• Test electrical-based equipment and wiring connections using test equipment such as multi-meters, insulation testers, and phase sequence testers.
• Interpret and read prints, schematics, and reports to update as-built drawings accurately.
• Collaborate closely with electrical foremen and electrical supervisors on various projects and tasks.
• Execute physically demanding electrical tasks, including fixing conduits, moving or lifting heavy objects, and working from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs for installation purposes.
• Adhere strictly to all housekeeping and safety standards to maintain a secure work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in electrical systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Demonstrated ability to work with both Low Voltage and High Voltage systems.
• Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Work Environment

This role is based in Dammam and operates on a full-time schedule. The position involves working in various settings, including those requiring physical exertion and work at heights.
