Senior Property Manager

About the Role

Nadir Ali Shah HR Consultants is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties. This full-time role is based in the Eastern region, with locations in Jeddah and Dammam, and focuses on ensuring efficient property performance, tenant satisfaction, and effective maintenance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations and facilities.
• Supervise maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security, and service providers.
• Handle tenant and occupant relations, including complaints and service requests.
• Monitor rental agreements, renewals, collections, and occupancy rates.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams.
• Monitor property expenses, budgets, and overall operational costs.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Prepare management reports on occupancy, maintenance, collections, expenses, and property performance.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Facilities, and other relevant departments.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
• Strong knowledge of property operations, maintenance protocols, and tenant management best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in vendor coordination and contract management.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven negotiation abilities.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the property management sector, requiring on-site presence in either Jeddah or Dammam, within the Eastern region. The role involves working closely with various internal departments and external service providers to ensure optimal property performance.
