Service Sales Engineer

About the Role

** Air Conditioning LLC is seeking a Service Sales Engineer specializing in HVAC (After Sales) to join their After Sales team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role focuses on ensuring the optimal performance of SKM systems through troubleshooting, warranty handling, and dedicated customer support.

Role Context and Purpose

The Service Sales Engineer is responsible for managing post-sales service activities, including addressing customer complaints, performing technical diagnostics, and supporting maintenance operations. The position plays a key role in maintaining high standards of system performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warranty and service complaints, ensuring timely resolution in line with established KPIs.
• Perform troubleshooting on various HVAC equipment, including chillers, AHUs, DX systems, and package units.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and prepare comprehensive service reports.
• Support retrofit, repair, and maintenance activities for HVAC systems.
• Supervise on-site technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Provide technical feedback to the engineering and quality assurance teams.
• Assist in customer training initiatives and prepare necessary technical documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
