About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role is central to managing and coordinating daily shipping activities, ensuring the timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of products. The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for preparing essential shipping documentation, coordinating with various carriers, and meticulously tracking shipments to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping operations to ensure the on-time dispatch of all orders.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
• Schedule shipments effectively with freight carriers, logistics providers, and transport companies.
• Monitor shipment status proactively and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers.
• Track deliveries and resolve any shipping delays, damages, or discrepancies that may arise.

Operational Management

• Ensure accurate order processing, labeling, packaging, and comprehensive documentation.
• Maintain detailed shipment records, reports, and logistics databases for reference and analysis.
• Verify freight charges and actively support initiatives aimed at cost control.
• Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to shipping processes and overall operational efficiency.

Collaboration and Compliance

• Coordinate closely with warehouse, procurement, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and all relevant transportation regulations.

Work Environment

The Shipping Coordinator will work closely with internal warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams. The role may also require coordination with external third-party logistics providers and transportation companies. Exposure to both office and warehouse environments may be required as part of daily duties.
