About the Role

Robert Walters is seeking an experienced Solution Architect (Automotive) to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role focuses on leading the design and delivery of enterprise technology solutions to support business growth and digital transformation within the automotive sector. The position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in solution architecture.

Role Overview

The Solution Architect will combine architecture governance, cloud technologies, ERP and CRM integration, and stakeholder engagement. The primary objective is to ensure the development and implementation of scalable, secure, and future-ready IT solutions that align with business objectives and long-term technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable IT solutions that align with business objectives and long-term technology strategy.
• Define and maintain solution architecture standards, frameworks, and blueprints.
• Establish and govern architecture documentation, implementation plans, and integration standards.
• Apply and promote TOGAF methodologies and enterprise architecture best practices.
• Design data management and integration solutions across ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with business, development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to deliver technology solutions.
• Develop architecture models using ArchiMate, UML, ER Modelling, and BPMN *
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance throughout project lifecycles.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concept initiatives in areas such as AI, IoT, and cloud solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a Solution Architect role or a similar capacity.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions.
• Familiarity with architecture governance, cloud technologies, and integration of ERP and CRM systems.
• Experience with TOGAF methodologies and enterprise architecture best practices.
• Proficiency in architecture modeling tools such as ArchiMate, UML, ER Modelling, and BPMN *

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, within the Eastern Region. The role involves collaboration with various internal and external teams to achieve project goals.
