About Al Jomaih Energy and Water

Al Jomaih Energy & Water (AEW), headquartered in Saudi Arabia, is a rapidly expanding investor, lead developer, and operator of utility and infrastructure projects. Established in 2007 as a subsidiary of Al Jomaih Holding Company, a Saudi conglomerate with over 80 years of legacy, AEW focuses on enabling sustainable social and economic progress in the Kingdom and beyond. The company holds investments in 6 GW of Conventional and Solar power plants and approximately 700,000 m3/day of water assets across various geographical markets including KSA, GCC, Asia, and North Africa. We are seeking a Sr. Manager Corporate Finance to join our team in Dammam.

Role Overview

The Sr. Manager Corporate Finance is a full-time position that supports the Head of Corporate Finance in managing critical financial activities across Al Jomaih Energy & Water entities. This role involves overseeing financing activities, banking relationships, debt portfolio administration, corporate finance operations, and strategic financing initiatives.

Financing and Debt Management Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of corporate finance transactions across AEW entities.
  • Coordinate with lenders, banks, advisors, rating agencies, and legal counsel.
  • Assist in the review of financing proposals, term sheets, and facility documentation.
  • Monitor facilities, repayment schedules, and covenant compliance.
  • Support credit rating exercises.
  • Maintain financing databases, debt schedules, and facility documentation.

Banking Relationships and Corporate Finance Operations

  • Maintain day-to-day relationships with banking partners.
  • Coordinate lender information requests, renewals, and amendments for facilities.
  • Track facility utilization, pricing, limits, and renewal requirements.
  • Support liquidity planning for corporate finance transactions.
  • Manage the execution of corporate finance payments.
  • Monitor bank accounts to ensure sufficient funds are available for timely corporate finance obligations.
  • Ensure the timely issuance and renewal of bid bonds, performance bonds, and Letters of Credit (LCs).
  • Manage the administration of Equity Bridge Loan facilities.

Financial Analysis and Reporting

  • Maintain corporate finance exposure reports and debt schedules.
  • Keep lender information packs, including Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, up-to-date.
  • Support financial analysis related to various financing initiatives.

Required Experience

Candidates for this full-time position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in corporate finance or a related field.
