Job Description

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and deliveries.
  • Store materials in designated locations following warehouse standards.
  • Issue materials according to approved requests while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using the ERP system.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and stock reconciliations.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged items.
  • Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Notes (MIN), and other warehouse documents.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Operations to ensure material availability.
  • Support periodic stock audits and physical inventory verification.
  • Generate inventory and warehouse reports as required.

Requirements

  • For Saudis Only
  • GOSI Registration Required
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
