The Diagnostics Division

The Diagnostics division focuses on empowering medical and economic decision-making to transform health management. Abbott's diagnostic instruments process over 10 million tests daily, providing lab results for millions of individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate as an experienced professional individual contributor under limited supervision.
• Apply subject matter knowledge in Medical Device Field Service.
• Utilize skills and knowledge to address specific needs or requirements.
• Conduct technical analysis for product implementations, modifications, and enhancements in accordance with customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determine solutions based on product and customer specifications.
• Recommend actions to company or customer representatives for coordinated product solutions.

Core Functions

• Assess product needs in alignment with customer specifications.
• Conduct technical training and product briefings for customers, vendors, and company representatives.
• Serve as a local on-site representative to customer organization members.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess well-developed skills in the technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements. The role requires the ability to troubleshoot technical problems and determine solutions effectively.

Work Location

This position is based at Abbott's Dammam location in the Eastern Region.
