AJEX is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join its team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to developing and expanding the company’s last mile delivery business within an assigned territory, requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Territory Management Focus

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for the development, growth, and protection of AJEX’s last mile delivery business within a specific territory in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a commercially driven yet professional individual capable of acquiring new customers, fostering long-term relationships, understanding customer needs, converting opportunities into profitable business, and consistently achieving agreed revenue and performance targets. The successful candidate will demonstrate ownership, energy, resilience, and a proactive approach to creating opportunities, overcoming commercial obstacles, and securing new business.

Core Responsibilities

• Own the assigned territory and take full accountability for its commercial performance, customer portfolio, and growth.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan covering prospecting, acquisition, retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across e-commerce, retail, SMEs, corporate, and other relevant customer segments.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers, business owners, and operational stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and propose practical last mile delivery solutions aligned with service, cost, and commercial objectives.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation, closing, onboarding, and account development.
• Achieve or exceed assigned revenue, volume, and other agreed commercial targets.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, realistic forecasts, and timely reporting of opportunities, risks, and expected closures.
• Protect existing revenue by maintaining high customer engagement, identifying service concerns early, and coordinating internally to resolve issues.
• Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and other functions to ensure a smooth customer experience and successful implementation.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, pricing, and customer movements, and communicate relevant intelligence to management.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews, and maintain a disciplined field-sales routine.
• Follow company policies, pricing authority, approval procedures, CRM requirements, and commercial governance.
• Maintain high standards of professional conduct, confidentiality, and honesty in all customer and internal dealings.

Candidate Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably within logistics or last-mile delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new customers and build long-term relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with a professional approach to sales.
• Proven ownership, energy, resilience, and a proactive "fighting spirit" to overcome commercial obstacles.
• Ability to understand customer needs and convert opportunities into profitable business.
• Accountability for results and consistent delivery of revenue and performance targets.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The role involves regular field-sales activities within the assigned territory.
