The Role of Winding Foreman

Alfanar Engineering Services is seeking a skilled Winding Foreman to join its team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position is critical for operations involving rotating equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in the rewinding and repairing of high-voltage motors and generators, ensuring the efficient and reliable functioning of essential machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Rewind high-voltage (HV) stators and rotors based on collected winding and coil data.
• Perform all stages of coil making, stripping, slot preparation, and rewinding processes.
• Inspect winding kits and components thoroughly upon receipt to ensure quality and compliance.
• Document and prepare accurate winding diagrams and lead exit connections.
• Carry out static electrical testing of wound equipment to verify integrity and performance.
• Apply varnish treatment and prepare equipment meticulously for final assembly.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Winding Foreman position must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. Essential qualifications include demonstrated practical expertise in the rewinding and repair of high-voltage motors and generators.
