About the Role

Eram Talent, a recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced Electric Foreman to join their team. This is a contract position based in Al Jubayl, Saudi Arabia. The Electric Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical installation and maintenance projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards.

Role Overview

The Electric Foreman will lead a team of electricians, overseeing their work and ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a solid technical background in electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance projects.
• Manage a team of electricians and oversee their work to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Plan and organize work schedules, manpower, and materials to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure that work is carried out safely and in accordance with safety standards and procedures.
• Perform quality checks to ensure work meets required standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and prepare progress reports as required.
• Coordinate with other teams and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and codes.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Proficient in using electrical tools, equipment, and measuring devices.
• Knowledge of SAP.
