Asteri Beauty (B Corp™) is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in Dhahran, Eastern region. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the store's financial objectives.

Role Purpose

The Sales Representative provides comprehensive customer service by creating an engaging and educational shopping experience. This role demonstrates customer service and artistry skills with clients upon request, fosters a collaborative work environment, and aims to meet or exceed store financial goals. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for assigned operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver full customer service and product knowledge, offering comprehensive or simple service based on customer needs.
• Achieve or surpass personal goals to positively contribute to team and store performance.
• Represent the brand professionally in all interactions.
• Attend all mandatory training and complete assigned educational and developmental tools.
• Maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions with customers, colleagues, management, and business associates.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, reporting any variances to a Manager immediately.
• Assist in the execution of visual displays, merchandising, and marketing standards to ensure consistent store replenishment.
• Support the preparation and completion of stock takes as assigned.
• Process transactions accurately and utilize the POS system correctly.
• Arrive on time for work and consistently follow personal appearance and hygiene guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated customer service and artistry skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in operational activities as assigned.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dhahran, Eastern region. The role requires active participation in a retail environment, focusing on direct customer interaction and operational support.
