Asteri Beauty (B Corp™) is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in the Makkah region, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and contributing to sales goals within a collaborative retail environment.

Role Overview

The Sales Representative delivers high-quality customer service, creating an engaging and informative shopping experience. This position requires demonstrating strong customer service and artistry skills with clients as needed. The role also involves fostering a collaborative work environment on the sales floor, aiming to meet and exceed store financial goals. Operational activities will be assigned as part of the responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customer service and product knowledge, offering full or simple service based on customer needs.
• Achieve or surpass personal sales goals to contribute positively to team and store performance.
• Represent the brand professionally in all interactions.
• Attend all mandatory training sessions and complete assigned educational and developmental tools.
• Maintain professionalism and respect in interactions with customers, colleagues, management, and business associates.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, reporting any discrepancies to a Manager immediately.
• Assist in executing visual displays, merchandising, and marketing standards to ensure consistent store replenishment.
• Support the preparation and completion of stock takes as required.
• Accurately process transactions and operate the POS system correctly.
• Arrive punctually for shifts and consistently follow personal appearance and hygiene guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in retail and previous customer-facing sales experience.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and build customer relationships.
• Attention to detail.
• Make-up artistry experience is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain flexible availability.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, covering locations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires active engagement on the sales floor and collaboration with team members to achieve collective goals.
