About the Role

King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals is seeking dedicated Saudi national candidates for faculty positions as Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in Mathematics. These full-time roles are based in Dhahran and are focused on both research and teaching within the Department of Mathematics and Statistics.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be expected to commit approximately 35-40 hours per week to professional duties. Responsibilities include a range of academic and administrative tasks:

• Delivering high-quality teaching to students.
• Conducting research in relevant mathematical fields.
• Providing academic advising to students.
• Undertaking administrative duties as assigned.
• Performing any other academic duties designated by the academic department.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for these positions:

• An earned ** degree from a reputable university in a relevant field of Mathematics.
• Full-time Bachelor's and Master's degrees with very good grades.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Certificate equivalency is required if degrees were obtained from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Work Environment and Language

The primary medium of instruction at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals is English. Candidates should be proficient in English to effectively carry out teaching and research responsibilities.
