Aramco Digital is seeking a Cloud DevOps Expert to join its team in Dhahran, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position focused on advanced cloud automation and infrastructure management within a multi-cloud environment.

The Cloud DevOps Expert Role

The Cloud DevOps Expert will design, build, and manage automation frameworks across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role involves developing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) modules, automating CI/CD pipelines, and optimizing cloud deployments. The primary objective is to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Terraform modules for OCI and GCP environments.
• Implement modular, reusable, and version-controlled IaC automation across cloud services.
• Integrate Terraform automation with CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, OCI DevOps, and Cloud Build.
• Apply Policy-as-Code frameworks including OPA, Sentinel, and governance guardrails.
• Build, deploy, and operate multi-cloud workloads covering compute, networking, storage, identity, and load balancers.
• Manage Kubernetes platforms (OKE and GKE), including cluster deployments and automation.
• Implement secure resource provisioning, multi-region architecture, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
• Implement automated testing, linting, Terraform plan validation, and security scanning.
• Apply IAM best practices across OCI and GCP, including RBAC, policies, compartments, and service accounts.
• Implement security controls such as KMS/CMEK, audit logging, network segmentation, and secrets management.
• Configure monitoring dashboards, alerts, and logging for cloud resources.
• Support incident response, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Optimize cloud cost, performance, and operational reliability.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for DevOps, automation, OCI, and GCP technologies while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess deep hands-on expertise in the specified technologies and demonstrate a strong background in cloud operations. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.

• Extensive experience with Terraform for Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of cloud networking principles and implementations.
• Proficiency with various DevOps tooling and methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise automation patterns.

This full-time position is based in Dhahran, within the Eastern Region.
