About the Cordant Solution Sales Manager Role

Baker Hughes is seeking a Cordant Solution Sales Manager to join our team in Dhahran, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves complete ownership of the sales strategy for all customers within the Saudi market, focusing on our Bently Nevada and Cordant Solutions offerings.

Solution and Market Focus

Our team provides a plant-wide suite of computerized machine condition monitoring and protection services through Bently Nevada, alongside AI/ML-driven software solutions for Asset Performance Management known as Cordant Solutions. The primary objective is to position Baker Hughes as a partner of choice, manage large customer accounts, and develop strategies to meet and exceed customer expectations and business growth targets within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Orders Annual Plan for the assigned territory, ensuring quarterly and annual orders commitments and sales metrics such as cash and receivables are met.
• Build customer relationships at various levels to drive business development and sales.
• Develop customer strategies, marketing campaign plans, conduct sales presentations, generate new opportunities, and promote new products and solutions.
• Drive aggressive growth targets, addressing both volume and timing.
• Enhance consultants' awareness and knowledge of key Bently Nevada / Cordant Solutions technologies and collaborate with them on specifications.
• Demonstrate commercial and technical expertise within the specific market and lead opportunity planning.
• Own regional future planning and forecasting for Bently Nevada in the specified region.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with Commercial Operations, Services, Engineering, and Project Management teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware and software-related technologies sales within the oil and gas domain.
• Proven experience with long sales cycles and high-value capital projects.
• Demonstrated experience in project-based sales.
• Legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia without the need for company sponsorship or employment restrictions.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong negotiation, proposal development, and contract management skills.
• Understanding of different cloud infrastructure concepts and the SAAS business model.
• Expertise in account planning, pipeline development, and competitive positioning.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams (engineering, services, supply chain).
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate globally.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
• Experience and connections with various industry customers in Saudi Arabia (preferred).
