The Opportunity

Invixium is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join its sales team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a permanent, full-time position reporting to the Sr. Director, Sales โ€“ KSA & Levant. The role involves driving sales efforts for Invixium's biometric access control, time & attendance, and visitor management solutions to system integrators, end-user customers, security consultants, and other stakeholders across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The position requires a senior sales professional with a proven track record in territory management, focusing on new business development and market expansion through strategic partnerships and channel development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focus on new business development, leveraging networks and qualifying leads.
  • Deliver on enterprise quota targets and grow the enterprise and upper mid-market segments for biometric solutions.
  • Build a strong pipeline of opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Provide accurate forecasting of quarterly bookings and business plans, achieving assigned objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for prospects and customers, developing expert-level knowledge of the value proposition.
  • Orchestrate customer activities and engagements, involving Systems Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support, and Finance.
  • Share customer information with internal teams using CRM tools and collaborate with Marketing for events.
  • Secure key reference accounts in relevant verticals, including Oil & Gas, Industrial, Airports, and Government.
  • Execute land-and-expand campaigns from Proof of Concept (POC) to large deployments.
  • Support the definition of sales strategy for projects and customer approaches.
  • Provide management information through short-term and long-term product sales forecasts, special reports, and analyses.
  • Facilitate distribution inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and forecasting.
  • Negotiate agreement terms and close sales in line with expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of experience managing enterprise accounts (Government, Finance, Infrastructure, Education).
  • Strong experience in channel sales and channel management, including appointing and managing distributors.
  • Proven record of consistent, quarterly quota over-achievement.
  • High level of sales and technical proficiency with Access Control and Time & Attendance solutions.
  • Experience working with enterprise security vendors such as LenelS2, Genetec, Gallagher, Nedap, Honeywell, Johnson Controls.
  • Strong knowledge of Time Attendance and Physical Security principles and networking technologies.
  • Background in engineering with an industrial focus (Oil & Gas, Utility, Manufacturing).
  • Proven hands-on experience selling to SLA or ASC at large enterprises.
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Engineering or Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working for a global security manufacturer is preferred.
  • Experience in selling Physical Security products is a plus, and comfort working in early-stage growth companies.

  • Technical know-how and marketing knowledge, with the ability to present technical and commercial ideas and concepts.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English communication (writing and verbal); Arabic is a plus.
  • High level of analytical and organizational skills.
  • Solid knowledge of biometric products, technical applications, market intelligence, and industry information.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
