We are looking for a skilled Engineering Draftsman to join our team and support the design and engineering departments by preparing accurate technical drawings and construction documents for real estate development projects. This role is vital in translating conceptual ideas into tangible plans for a variety of properties.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Prepare detailed technical drawings and shop drawings according to project requirements.
Review and update drawings based on design changes and project needs.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and consultants to ensure drawing accuracy.
Maintain organized records of drawings and project documents.
Ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications.
Support project teams with drafting and documentation requirements.
Assist in preparing, revising, and updating technical drawings based on project requirements.
Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all drafting work.
Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure successful implementation of drawings and specifications.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering drafting and technical drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software.
Experience in real estate development, construction, or engineering projects.
Strong understanding of engineering and architectural drawings.
Ability to prepare, revise, and update technical drawings based on project requirements.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, architects, and project teams.
Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
