About the Role

Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. is seeking a Fresh Graduate Safety Engineer to join a project with Saudi Aramco - SMP in Dhahran. This full-time position is open to recent engineering graduates who possess a strong interest in health, safety, and environmental practices within construction and industrial projects. The role focuses on contributing to the maintenance of workplace safety standards.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will apply workplace safety principles and demonstrate awareness of safety compliance, hazard identification, and risk management. This position offers an opportunity to develop expertise in ensuring a safe working environment within industrial and construction operations in Dhahran.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and site supervisors to promote and enforce safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduate with 0-1 years of professional experience.

Essential Knowledge and Skills

• Strong understanding of workplace safety principles.
• Awareness of safety compliance, hazard identification, and risk management.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental practices on construction sites.
• Knowledge of conducting risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
• Understanding of safety regulations, codes, and company HSE policies.

Preferred Attributes

• Project management knowledge is considered a plus.
• NEBOSH certification is highly preferred.
