About the Role

Boeing is seeking a Product Repair & Modification Technician - Structures to join their team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. This role is part of the on-site F-15 modification team, dedicated to supporting upgrades of the RSAF F-15SA aircraft. You will perform structural modifications, contributing to the enhancement of the F-15SA aircraft. As a Product Repair & Modification Technician - Structures, you will collaborate with peers to execute tasks essential for aircraft safety and maintenance. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to established processes, maintaining accurate and timely work records, and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, and/or structurally modify systems by changing, removing, replacing, or upgrading aerospace vehicle components to implement engineering changes.
• Oversee and/or complete assembly, disassembly, or overhaul of aircraft structures and systems.
• Configure aerospace vehicles and associated test equipment according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot complex aircraft systems to identify structural faults and repair faulty components in accordance with authorized maintenance documents.
• Perform validation and verification testing of systems and components to ensure proper functionality.
• Document procedures and established processes to guarantee contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Inspect components and verify repairs to ensure they meet flight worthiness requirements.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of prior mechanical/structural experience in a production or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) facility is essential.
• Demonstrable proficiency in the interpretation of engineering drawings and technical data.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting military aircraft modifications.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, locally hired position based in Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The required experience level for this role is between 2 to 5 years. Benefits and pay will be determined at the local level and will be in accordance with applicable Saudi Arabia law. Employment is contingent upon the candidate's ability to satisfy all Saudi Arabia labor and immigration formalities. The employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status, and relocation assistance is not provided; candidates must reside in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
