Production Supervisor

Worker Supervisor and Safety and Security 

(Fieldwork at a contracting site)

Job tasks andresponsibilities :

• Monitoring site compliance with safety and occupational health regulations.
  
  
• Cooperating with the officials and engineers, and continuously monitoring the main contractor.
  
  
• Monitoring the quality of work done by technicians on site based on the compliance with the approved plans.
  
  
• Supervising workers and monitoring their discipline and speed of accomplishment throughout working hours.
  
  
• Submitting field reports and pictures of work progress, notes, and corrective actions.
  
  
• Contributing to the field awareness of workers and applying preventive measures.

• Previous practical experience in construction sites as a safety supervisor and work supervisor.
  
  
• A serious desire to learn and develop.
  
  
• The ability to withstand the pressure of fieldwork and manage a multi-national team.
  
  
• Accurate follow-up skills and daily report preparation.
  
  
• Problem-solving skills and effective decision-making.
  
  
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

• The applicant's residence should be very close to the workplace.
• Must be available for work (not a student or currently employed elsewhere). 
• Must be ready to work immediately.
• Must have knowledge of all the job requirements mentioned above and be prepared to start.
