Role Overview

DHL Express is seeking a Retail Sales Agent to join its team in Dhahran, Eastern region. This full-time role is central to daily customer service operations, primarily involving outbound and inbound processes, alongside critical financial reconciliation tasks. The agent will contribute to maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency within the retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve customers daily for both outbound and inbound processes, ensuring a professional image and excellent appearance at the Front Counter.
• Report daily cash collection, manage Gateway payments and reconciliation, and perform other General Ledger and accounting tasks.
• Proactively address issues related to Cash Admin Applications (CAA) reconciliation and other cash and duty reconciliations.
• Meet or exceed all assigned sales targets.
• Ensure correct handling of all cash and the cash float.
• Utilize the SPS system to complete Air Waybills (AWBs) in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain perfect shipment criteria at all times.
• Ensure suitable levels of brochures and tariffs are displayed.
• Provide precise and correct information to customers, offering advice on shipment acceptance and carriage.
• Security screen all shipments prior to acceptance and take necessary action against Dangerous Goods (DGA) shipments.
• Hold consignee collect shipments as appropriate.
• Ensure all operational machinery (Card machines, Weighing scales, Computers) is in working order.
• Accurately upload Disk information from the SPS system at the end of each day.
• Act as backup and provide support for the team during leave periods and peak times for Finance tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
