Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the HSE strategic plan in alignment with global standards.
  • Promote Health, Safety & Environment across all company functions.
  • Develop HSE improvement plans and monitor performance through structured assessments.
  • Conduct frequent HSE inspections and participate in risk assessments.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with Corporate HSE Policies and ISO standards.
  • Lead and conduct HSE training sessions as needed.
  • Share lessons learned from the industry concerning Safety, Health, and Environment.

Qualifications:
  • Master/Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health & Safety Engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of management system requirements like ISO 14001 and 45001.

Experience:
  • Minimum 20 years of experience, with at least 10 years as an HSE Manager with Aramco contractors.
  • Proven track record in pipeline projects and familiarity with loss prevention systems.
