Solution Account Manager Role

Belden Inc. is seeking a Solution Account Manager to join its team in Dhahran, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and involves operating within the Process (Oil & Gas) vertical, demanding a blend of technical, operational, and commercial expertise to deliver sustained sales results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate credibly within the Process (Oil & Gas) vertical, leveraging technical, operational, and commercial understanding.
  • Deliver sustained sales results, including managing large accounts, engaging in end-user selling, growing existing customer accounts, and developing new accounts.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills in both in-person and remote interactions.
  • Apply problem-solving analytical skills within a metric-driven environment.
  • Connect customers with relevant evidence or subject-matter experts to build confidence and credibility.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience working within a medium to large-sized international organization.
  • Proven experience operating successfully in a matrix organizational environment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Product Development, and Finance.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of sales fundamentals such as funnel management, account planning, and proposition development.
  • Experience with a variant of a Value Selling process.
  • Working experience with the Miller Heiman Strategic Selling methodology is considered advantageous.
