Join Masdar as a Finance Manager
Masdar is the UAE's clean energy champion, actively contributing to global sustainability challenges through renewable energy and green hydrogen technologies. We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead our financial management efforts for the SPPC5 Sadawi PV project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and direct the formulation and implementation of financial policies and accounting procedures in consultation with senior management.
• Ensure financial and accounting control, maintaining compliance with IFRS and the integrity of accounting information.
• Oversee the preparation of the annual budget and management information reports related to performance and compliance.
• Conduct ongoing reviews of financial performance and investigate deviations from budgets.
• Lead and develop the finance team, promoting employee engagement and competence.

Qualifications:

• A degree in business/finance or a related field; a master's degree is an asset.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in project finance and financial modelling.
• Energy sector experience is preferred.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both verbal and written.
