HungerStation, a key entity within the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a full-time Account Manager to join its team in Hail, Saudi Arabia. Delivery Hero is recognized as a pioneering local delivery platform globally, operating across approximately 65 countries. This role is integral to managing client relationships and driving satisfaction within our platform.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of the Account Manager is to oversee a dedicated portfolio of clients. This involves fostering strong, lasting relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and actively driving engagement. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in account management.

Key Account Management Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to customer account management.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
• Promote the company’s offerings to achieve mutual satisfaction and strengthen client trust.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that align with customer needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Business Development and Reporting

• Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on account status.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory.

Operational Excellence and Collaboration

• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices to enhance effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with 2-5 years of experience in account management or a related client-facing role. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential for success in this full-time position based in Hail.
