Role Overview: Production Manager (Protein)

Almarai is seeking a Production Manager (Protein) to join its team in Hail. This full-time position is central to managing production operations, ensuring that targets are achieved while adhering to specified quality and environmental standards, and staying within budget. The role contributes directly to the group's ongoing growth plans within a dynamic multinational environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage overall production operations to meet established targets within defined quality and environmental standards, and budget constraints.
• Develop and implement effective production schedules designed to maximize operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze production data regularly to identify and address areas requiring improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in production within the poultry industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role specifically within the poultry industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of poultry health, nutrition, and biosecurity practices.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
