The Role of QA Technician

Almarai is seeking a dedicated QA Technician to join its team in Hail. This full-time role involves coordinating all quality-related aspects within the Poultry Operations. The QA Technician will work under the guidance of the SQAM/DQAM (Poultry) to support the plant's Quality team in effectively managing all quality processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality aspects within Poultry Operations, guided by SQAM/DQAM.
• Assist the Quality team in managing all quality-related processes within the plant.
• Conduct Quality awareness programs independently.
• Participate in systems and audits to ensure compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Services or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a Quality role within a Meat Processing Plant, with a preference for poultry experience.
• Demonstrated experience at a supervisory level.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Conversant with best practice Quality standards, including those outlined by APD and ISO 22000:2005.
• Good working knowledge of various Quality standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a multinational workforce.
