The Role: Senior Personnel Technician

Almarai is seeking a Senior Personnel Technician to join our team in Hail. This is a full-time position focused on performing a wide variety of responsible personnel and administration tasks within the company's operations.

Role Overview and Reporting

Reporting directly to the Regional Personnel Manager, the Senior Personnel Technician plays a crucial role in supporting the Payroll Function. This position is responsible for processing and maintaining personnel-related documents, ensuring the timely and accurate payment of employees in compliance with established company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diverse personnel and administrative tasks.
• Process and maintain personnel-related documentation.
• Support the Payroll Function to ensure accurate processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate employee payments.
• Adhere to all established company policies and procedures related to personnel and payroll.

Required Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience in personnel or administrative support roles.
